Many operations teams encounter a dilemma when implementing active user screening : their tagging system is well-developed, but after targeting users according to these tags, the proportion of users complaining "Why are you sending me this again?" actually increases. I. Why can't "silence" be defined by a fixed number of days?

Many teams define "no interaction for more than 30 days" as inactive and then exclude them from the active user group without any distinction. However, this fixed threshold ignores the fact that the threshold for inactivity varies greatly for users at different stages of their lives.

II. After the tags are dynamically updated, are the historical reach records also cleared?
